Preparation

1.  Get Sizzling: Heat up a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a dash of vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add those drumsticks and let them sizzle until they're golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Once they're done, set them aside on a plate.

2.  Saucy Shenanigans: In the same skillet, toss in a bit more oil if needed, and let's get saucy! Sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until they're singing with flavor, about 2-3 minutes. Then, add in the diced bell peppers and let them join the party for another 2 minutes.

3.  Mix It Up: Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey (or brown sugar), and Sriracha sauce. Give it all a good stir, making sure every ingredient gets to know each other.

4.  Thickening Time: In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until it's as smooth as a dance move. Pour this magic potion into the skillet and stir continuously until the sauce thickens up, about 2-3 minutes.

5.  Drumroll, Please: Bring back those drumsticks and let them dive back into the sauce. Coat them all over with the sticky, spicy goodness. Reduce the heat to low and let them simmer in the sauce for another 5-7 minutes, soaking up all the flavors.

6.  Serve with a Smile: Plate up your Spicy Gooey Chicken Drumsticks and get ready to taste the fun!

Extra tip: If the spiciness is too hard to handle, serve your delicious chicken with a yoghurt and dill sauce! So yummy!

With its sticky, spicy sauce and tender drumsticks, this dish is a flavor fiesta that'll have everyone reaching for seconds. Enjoy the festivities!
